Not waterfront but has easy access to a larger private sandy beach!

Site 34 (30A electric max 20ft) is situated away from the water with slope down from the road to slightly sloped pad and offers privacy from neighbors and good privacy from the road. No view of Raquette River (Warm Brook Flow) from site pad. Site is wide and deep with a slightly narrow entryway. There is a medium length medium sloped path down to the water leading to a very large private sandy beach overlooking Raquette River (Warm Brook Flow). Water access is excellent and the water is shallow (sandy) The shoreline would be suitable for mooring a boat off shore.

Site has changed significantly since the photos were taken. All of the trees on the left in the pix are gone. Site is sloped back towards the pond. Difficult to back in since it requires backing downhill into a site that is sloped away from the road. Pretty decent step off from the site pad, trailer will lean badly when backing in if you go off of the pad. Nice site otherwise, nice view, lots of raspberry brambles around the site. Drainage is a slight problem during heavy rain since you are on the side of the hill sloping towards the pond, you get a decent river through the area. Dries quickley though.
