Campground Overview
Westcott Beach State Park is a popular day-use and camping park on Lake Ontario, with rolling, wooded hills and open, grassy meadows sheltered by Henderson Bay. A spectacular view of Lake Ontario can be seen from the overlook near the plateau camping area. A small marina is adjacent to the long, sandy beach, to accommodate anglers interested in Lake Ontario's excellent black bass fishing. The park also has a children's playground, picnic areas, and hiking trails.
Offers 140 campsites, 8 are located right across from the waterfront beach on Lake Ontario. The 13 sites that used to be right on the beach have been removed due to spring flooding.
